The CRM Online customer portal provides your customers with a view into your business system and provides them with the ability to interact directly with relevant data within the system. Whether it’s updating their details, viewing ?nancial history or paying invoices, your customers will appreciate the transparency that you can provide using the new customer portal. The portal has been designed from the ground up for usability and style. It provides a direct link into SugarCRM and runs completely off the SugarCRM database (no separate portal database), while applying the appropriate levels of security to customer data.
The customer portal allows your customers to:
- Instantly view key information via the dashboard
- Update their contact details
- Submit cases, bugs and request new quotes from any page using the quick add functionality
- View full financial history, including invoices and payments
- Download files directly from the portal (access is controlled via SugarCRM Documents module)
- View a full history of cases and bugs, including attachments and notes attached by support team (subject to portal ?ag in note)
- Self-register for customer portal, subject to admin approval process
