The project management component has been customised to provide sequential workflow management. Refer to the figure below.

The sequential workflow engine is used to manage the process from project initiation, council applications, the drawing process, contracts, through to construction. In addition, each project tracks:
- Complete history of tasks along with due dates and actual completion dates
- Tracking of client communications
- Prestart selections
- Photo gallery
- Client Feedback for performance management
The above functionality seamlessly integrates with with project portal to provide customers with updates as to the status of their project.
