CRM Online has developed a range of industry-specific solutions based on SugarCRM and our range of third party integrations. This results in a more efficient, lower risk implementation for clients that choose one of these solutions. The benefits of starting with an industry template include:

Note that this should serve as a starting point for a client in that industry, and a CRM system will likely be further customised to suit a particular client. The customisations that have been done on these base systems is entirely compatible with the core SugarCRM framework and maintains upgradeability with the core SugarCRM system.
