CRM Online specialize in providing end to end business automation solutions for our clients. This may take the form of one or a combination of our existing products, or a custom-developed system. The team has developed a number of key technologies that our team can leverage to provide end to end solutions, including accounting package integration, mobile synchronization, estore integration and a customer portal.

Customer Database / CRM system

The customer database or CRM system provides an interface for staff members to manage their system. CRM Online utilizes two systems primarily for the customer database component.

SugarCRM Logo
SugarCRM is an open source application that is extremely flexible in terms of both layout and the data that is stored. It provides user management, customer management, user roles, a studio for customization and the ability to create custom modules as required depending on the requirements of the project.

info@hand Logo
info@hand has taken the base SugarCRM application and added an extensive set of new features including quoting, invoicing, order management and shipping and inventory control. It also incorporates an advanced workflow engine, reporting engine and team-based security management. CRM Online have developed add-on products to info@hand that allow us to provide solutions using these out of the box, well tested products. These products include a customer portal (including a payment gateway for customers to pay invoices online), mobile synchronization and integration with accounting packages.

Billing Systems / Financial Package Integration

As part of our portfolio of technology development, CRM Online has developed a financial synchronization module for the info@hand CRBM and Saasu Net Accounts. This allows us to provide and end to end solution for our customers, including bank account integration, payroll and BAS.

Since this technology, was developed in house, it is available for use on custom projects that require financial integration. This can include anything that requires a level of automated billing - from subscription-based services to time-based billing.

Mobile Synchronization

CRM Online has developed a synchronization server for mobile devices that allows synchronization of calendar, contacts and tasks to many of the mobile devices on the market. The primary use for this is to synchronize groupware data with sales people that are on the road. However, the technology can also be used to direct mobile service technicians to service jobs and any other item that requires mobile two-way exchange of information.

CRM Online has developed two sets of technology that streamline phone integration with systems that we provide.
The first of these technologies is the click to dial plugin for Firefox. This is a plugin for the Mozilla Firefox browser that converts all phone numbers on a web page into clickable links, enabling users to dial any phone number on a page by clicking on it. This works with any VOIP-based phone service and will work out of the box with all of the web-based applications that CRM Online develop.
The second technology is a screen pop technology that works with the Asterisk open source PABX and the Hosttel hosted PABX system. This will open a CRM at a customer record whenever a call is received and the phone number matches a phone number in the database. This technology works out of the box with info@hand and SugarCRM and is available for use in custom projects as required.
