Financial Synchronization
One of the biggest issues with businesses today is the number of different systems that require double entry of information. The financial synchronization packages enable the day to day operations to be run using an integrated CRBM system such as info@hand, while synchronizing seamlessly with an accounting package to enable processing of payroll, BAS statements and other accounting-specific functions. The benefits of this include:
- The modeling of business processes are done using an open source, customizable system that can be made to fit the business
- Since both systems are synchronized automatically, all sales and performance reports can be generated as required by the CRM reporting engine (i.e. no need to go via the accounting department)
We currently support synchronization with the Saasu Net Accounts online accounting package. The integration is seamless and includes all purchases, sales, accounts, products and payments.

Saasu Net Accounts
Saasu Net Accounts is an online accounting package that integrates accounting, payroll, bank integration and day to day book keeping into a single package. The package is based on a SAAS (software as a service) business model that enables the package to be provided at a low cost to the end user. In addition, since the package is web-based, both you and your accountant can access update to date accounting information wherever you may be. The integration includes a two way synchronization of companies / contacts, invoices, bills, payments and product catalogue. The synchronization is seamless and completely automated.
