Founded in 2002, Virtual Katy Development Limited (VKDL) is a software development company focused on delivering innovative solutions for the post production world. Their audio post assistant product, VK, is a battle hardened program designed for audio professionals. The company itself is based across Singapore, New Zealand and the United States, with sales across the globe. The company has utilized the info@hand system as a central system for managing customer information, tracking enquiries, invoicing and financial management and customer support. In addition, Virtual Katy was the first company to implement an eStore that integrated with info@hand. The system automatically tracks web-based orders and financial information within info@hand, giving the company a single system to track both web-based and face to face sales.
