H & L Australia develops and distributes Point of Sale products that are specifically targeted at the hospitality industry. The company has grown extensively over the past 22 years and currently has offices across Australia, New Zealand and Canada. As a result, the company's directors identified a need for a web-based system that centralized their customer support, customer management and sales team. The primary focus of the H & L system was to address a needs for a comprehensive customer support system that incorporated case management, time tracking, customer portal and automated case escalation and reporting.
